I am a thought partner and certified executive coach with over 15 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. Throughout my career, I have driven the growth and development of businesses from early-stage to mature levels and built strong teams of top tier talent.
My track record spans closing complex deals, designing dynamic business practices, and creating meaningful value for clients, teams, management & shareholders. My global career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment has given me sharp strategic instincts, a deep understanding of complex leadership challenges, and an ability to navigate high-stakes decisions with clarity and composure.
My journey as a Middle Eastern woman in a highly competitive industry is also a story of empowerment. It shaped my voice, my resilience, and my commitment to advancing women in leadership.
I grew up between Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, learning early how to move between cultures with ease and adaptability.
From the age of five, I spoke French, English, and Arabic fluently, instinctively understanding not only which language to use, but the cultural codes and expectations that came with each. Raised with strong Middle Eastern values at home and educated at prestigious institutions in Europe and the United States, I developed a form of cultural fluency that became a defining strength.
In my financial career, I began by covering European clients, quickly expanded into the Middle East and Africa, and ultimately led both regions. Today, this multicultural lens shapes everything I do. It allows me to connect authentically with leaders and families across the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
